To do so, you must submit one application per proposal, using a different email address (login) for each submission. Please make sure to use the exact same first name and surname for all applications, as this will facilitate the review process.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n<details class=\"wp-block-details is-layout-flow wp-block-details-is-layout-flow\"><summary><strong>Q: Does the 8-page limit for the research proposal include the reference list?<\/strong><\/summary>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>A:<\/strong> Yes, the 8-page limit includes the reference list.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n<details class=\"wp-block-details is-layout-flow wp-block-details-is-layout-flow\"><summary><strong>Q: Is there any additional funding available to cover the cost of an international secondment?<\/strong><\/summary>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>A:<\/strong> No, there is no additional funding available. Any extra costs must be covered by the two host laboratories involved<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n<details class=\"wp-block-details is-layout-flow wp-block-details-is-layout-flow\"><summary><strong>Q: Is it mandatory to specify the name of a research director\/supervisor?<\/strong><\/summary>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>A:<\/strong> No, this is not mandatory, although it is strongly recommended. <\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n<details class=\"wp-block-details is-layout-flow wp-block-details-is-layout-flow\"><summary><strong>Q: Do I need to have defended my PhD before the application deadline?<\/strong><\/summary>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>A:<\/strong> Yes, this is a strict eligibility requirement. Your PhD must have been successfully defended before the deadline. In addition, the defence must be unconditional, meaning that no further requirements remain and any necessary corrections have already been completed (all necessary written attestations should be provided).<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n<details class=\"wp-block-details is-layout-flow wp-block-details-is-layout-flow\"><summary><strong>Q: What is the deadline to start my postdoctoral stay?<\/strong><\/summary>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong class=\"\">A:<\/strong> The deadline is October 1, 2027.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n<details class=\"wp-block-details is-layout-flow wp-block-details-is-layout-flow\"><summary><strong>Q: When will I know the results of the call?<\/strong><\/summary>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong class=\"\">A:<\/strong> The final results will be communicated starting in December (tentative schedule). The selected candidates will then have two weeks to accept the fellowship offer. Candidates on the waiting list will be contacted as soon as a position becomes available, depending on the responses of higher-ranked candidates.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n<details class=\"wp-block-details is-layout-flow wp-block-details-is-layout-flow\"><summary><strong>Q: Is the quality of the host group or supervisor a criterion for the \u00e9valuation ?<\/strong><\/summary>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong class=\"\">A:<\/strong> No. Unlike the MSCA PF scheme, there is no evaluation criterion related to the quality of the host group, such as &#8220;Quality of the supervision, training and of the two-way transfer of knowledge between the researcher and the host&#8221;. What is taken into account is\u00a0 the &#8220;feasability of the project in the context of the host group&#8221;.
